Booking Terms and Conditions
Holiday Home Reservations
- You can book one of our holiday homes directly through www.biancoeblu.com, using a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
- The card provided must be valid at least until the end of your stay and have sufficient available funds for any charges that may apply under the booking conditions.
- The reservation is considered confirmed once the booking process on our website has been completed successfully and the relevant confirmation has been received.
Cancellation or Modification of the Reservation
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
- For cancellations made from 14 to 4 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made within the 3 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in case of No-Show, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- For reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other third-party platforms, any cancellation or modification must be managed directly through the platform used for the booking and will be subject to the conditions of that specific reservation.
Deposit and Balance Payment
- A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
- For reservations made directly through our website, the 30% charge is not processed automatically at the time of booking. The transaction is handled directly by us, and the amount may be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee at a later stage after the booking has been confirmed.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- The balance may be paid in cash in euros, by credit card or by bank transfer, according to the agreed payment arrangements.
Check-in and Check-out
- For our holiday home, check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- For B&B Bianco e Blu, check-in is available from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Late check-in from 9:00 pm to midnight is available for an additional fee of €20.00.
- Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document, required for registration purposes and for the handover of the keys.
- Check-out is by 10:30 am.
- Guests are required to inform us in advance of their expected arrival time by email or by sending a message, preferably via WhatsApp, to +39 320 18 21 481.
- We also kindly ask guests to contact us approximately 30 minutes before arrival at the same number, so that we can organize the check-in as smoothly as possible.
